Grief comes in many different shapes and sizes and can be one of the more isolating times in our lives. But you don’t have to grieve alone. Whether you are mourning the loss of a loved one, the loss of a relationship, or the loss of a part of yourself, you will learn how to navigate the ambiguous and isolating waters of grief and heal (in the time that it takes) from and through this painful moment. So often, when we engage with our grief and allow ourselves to feel its depths, on the other side lives a sense of self-renewal, a deeper and expanded sense of Self, and the recognition of what matters most.
Mindfulness, Somatics, & Emotional Regulation:
