Riding The Waves of Early Motherhood:

A 5 WEEK GROUP EXPERIENCE FOR NEW MOTHERS

The early years of motherhood bring profound changes.

This workshop is designed specifically for new mothers (ideal for 0-5 years postpartum) who are navigating the emotional and personal shifts of this transition and asking themselves:

Who was I?

Who am I now?

Who am I becoming?

Connect with other mothers

as we delve into feelings of loss and disconnection from our former selves, the challenges and importance of cultivating presence in our busy lives, and the journey toward intentional mothering. Above all, we will explore the sacredness of the mothering journey.

In this workshop we will:

  • Acknowledge & Honor Loss: Explore the emotional impact of leaving parts of ourselves behind and learn how to acknowledge and validate these feelings.

  • Embrace Presence: Discover techniques to pause and reconnect with your inner self, creating a sense of calm and clarity amidst the demands of motherhood.

  • Clarify Your Values: Reflect on the core principles that guide your mothering, helping you parent with intention and purpose.

  • Build Community: Connect with other mothers for support and shared experiences, nurturing a sense of belonging and connection.
